Absulote shambels of a company trying to organise international students. Has no idea what they are doing and blame everyone else for there mistakes. The department of education need to look into this company as it’s not fit for purpose. If I could of give it no stars I would.

There is no organization, no process, they don't know what they're doing, and they're not willing to face their mistakes. International students really shouldn't come here. Go to another state to study. I should’ve read comments before applying.

The people from the office in east perth know nothing and will give you very poor informations. Better go to the one in northbridge.

This review is about the front male staff in TAFE, namely Tony, who was very gentle and managed my grievance in a very professional manner (which I didn't experience before in Tafe).This organization seemed to be overloaded with work due to high volume of international students during this period. (They have given schools within a week two years ago, but now takes about two months)However, I am happy that I got a trustworthy reply from Tony and waiting for results.

Unhelpful and unfriendly. The information you will get from there is You can check in our website" or "You should contact your local agent". The lady even looking up me like I was wasting her precious time and like I am too stupid to understand her. Not even one star service."

I sent a couple of emails, and they were not answered. I rang, and I was told, can't join the 8 week course 1 week after it started. So I asked when the next course would be run. Can't say, keep an eye on the website. Perhaps this call could be directed to a service provider and the money could go to Moora College. Very average - I am sure the great teachers are being let down by the poor admin staff member I was in touch with.
